Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you full command over your e-mail boxes and newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward mails from one email mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your email box accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailboxes against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one email box to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest.
